What is HLF?
HLF unites highly talented young researchers in mathematics, computer science and closely related disciplines with paramount scientists in their research fields for an informal and intellectual exchange. It takes place in the historic and scientifically renowned city of Heidelberg, Germany, each year in the last complete week of September, laureates of the Abel Prize, the ACM A.M. Turing Award, the ACM Prize in Computing, the fields Medal and the Nevanlinna Prize are invited to meet 200 selected young researchers from all over the world for conference week full of inspiration and opportunities.
