Database Introduction:

TheChina Modern Literature Databaseis strictly constructed in accordance with academic standards and is committed to creating the most complete and functional modern literature data service system. With theSeven Academic Sub-libraries(literature, history and geography, economy, science and technology, politics, education, and art) as the core construction direction, it includes more than 30 academic sub-libraries in various fields to meet the needs of library collections, subject research, and reader inquiries. Currently, the following sub-libraries are available:

1. China Modern Literary Literature Database: Selected by a editorial board composed of renowned scholars, this database includes precious literature from 1840 to 1949, covering six categories such as poetry, prose, novels, drama, literary research, and translated literature. The first phase includes 5,000 rare documents.

2. China Modern Education Literature Database: Successfully selected for the National Cultural Industry Development Project Databaseof the Central Cultural Reform Office, this database is led by Professor Tian Zhengping's team in content selection and abstract writing. It includes works and translations by Chinese scholars from 1840 to 1949, covering 18 categories such as study abroad education, educational history, educational laws and regulations, foreign educational translations, pedagogy, and local educational literature, with a total of over 400 million words.
