Donations to the library from all walks of life, including our own faculty, students and alumni, are  greatly appreciated. We accept donations in any form so long as it is in line with the following guidelines:

• We respect and abide by the Copyrights of People's Republic of China and other related regulations.

• To add to the library collection,  all materials must be in line with the Collection Development Policy (not every donated item can be accepted.)

• It is understood that the library has the right to manage the donated materials once they are donated  and accepted by the library.

• The library will issue a Letter of Donation Acceptance to the donor when an agreement is reached by both sides.
