Total Materia

Database Introduction

Total Materia is the world's most comprehensive materials database, providing an extensive range of materials properties for both metallic and non-metallic materials based on the standards of foremost SDOs and producers around the world. It includes data on chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties, stress-strain curves, fatigue data, corrosion data, irradiation, weathering and aging information, compliance details, as well as a most comprehensive cross-reference tables and an AI-based material performance prediction system. By offering crucial material information services to diverse industries, including but not limited to, mechanical, automotive, aerospace, thermal energy, industrial engineering, precision instruments, metallurgy, mechanics, and more, Total Materia has established itself as a groundbreaking innovation in the presentation and retrieval of materials property data. As a numerical and tool-based database, it facilitates a time-efficient approach for researchers and professionals alike, setting itself apart from conventional engineering material handbooks and electronic journals.

The database now offers four main features:

1. Total Metals: With over 350,000 metal materials from more than 80 countries and international standards (ASTM, SAE, ASME, JIS, DIN, GB, EN), and global producers, we provide over 1,500,000 property records covering chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties, heat treatment, and metallographic microstructures. We also offer rapid search by material designation, advanced search by material group and properties, cross-reference tables, and AI-based material discovery, comparison, and selection tools to help optimize material selection.

2. Extended Range: provides an unparalleled material properties resource for advanced structural and thermal calculations and analysis including: more than 150,000 stress-strain curves), formability diagrams, strain-life and stress-life parameters for more than 35,000 materials, forming limit and high-strain curves, fracture mechanics, and creep data.

3. Suppliers: This feature provides quick access to material suppliers.

4. Tracker: This feature displays the update records of material data.
