General Information

• The library has three exhibition areas, located on the third floor of Lynn Library, the second floor of Yidan Library and the first floor of Learning Nexus. All can be reserved by campus units or individuals.

Terms of Use

• A maximum of two weeks for one exhibition. Reservations can be made one month in advance and will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Please use the exhibition area according to the reservation time including time needed for preparation and withdrawal with not exceeding 2 days.

• If you need to cancel the reservation, please contact the library 1 week in advance.

How to reserve

• Send the subject/theme, content and schedule of exhibition by mail to dangwy@sustech.edu.cn.

• Upon receipt of the reservation application, the library will contact the applicant by Email or phone about details.
