1 arXiv Preprint Established in 1991, arXiv is an e-print service operated and managed by Cornell University in the fields of physics, mathematics, nonlinear science, computer science and quantum biology. It is the leading open access resource of specific subject areas. More than 1.27 million preprint documents have been included in arXiv by June 2017. Review procedure is not required for electronic preprint documents in arXiv, but the papers can be peer-reviewed, which helps mutual communication with the authors. The authors can submit paper to arXiv while submitting the same paper to academic journals for publication. Once the paper is published in journals, corresponding information of volume and issue in journal for this paper will be added in arXiv.
2 Bielefeld Academic Search Engine BASE is one of the world's most voluminous search engines especially for academic web resources. BASE provides more than 120 million documents from more than 6,000 sources. You can access the full texts of about 60% of the indexed documents for free (Open Access). BASE is operated by Bielefeld University Library.
3 DOAJ(Directory of Open Access Journals) Comprehensive DOAJ is a community-curated online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer-reviewed journals. DOAJ is independent. All funding is via donations, 50% of which comes from sponsors and 50% from members and publisher members. All DOAJ services are free of charge including being indexed in DOAJ.

7 NASA Astrophysics Data System Comprehensive The NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS)is a digital library for astronomy and astrophysics. It also covers other subject areas including electrical engineering, geophysics, physics, and instrumentation. For scanned journals, coverage goes back to Volume 1. For journals not yet scanned, coverage usually goes back to 1975. Sources of data and information include journals, books, conference proceedings, observatory reports and newsletters, some NASA reports, and PhD theses.

9 Project Gutenberg eBook Project Gutenberg is established by not-for-profit organization in U.S.A. Its data entry and proofreading are done by volunteers. To ensure maximum compatibility, the format of data is mainly in txt or .html. Most papers are in English, others are in German, French, Italian and Chinese. Currently, Project Gutenberg offers over 54,000 free eBook.

11 Scientific Research Publishing (SRP) Comprehensive Scientific Research Publishing (SRP) is one of the largest Open Access journal publishers. It is currently publishing more than 200 open access, online, peer-reviewed journals covering a wide range of academic areas of physics, chemistry, medicine, biology, maths, communication, computer, electronics, energy, engineering science, etc. Most of the journals are included in databases of CAS, EBSCO, CAB Abstracts, ProQuest, Index Copernicus, Library of Congress, Gale, CSP either for full-text or for abstract.
